April 22/23 Drought Meet-ups: A Wealth of Global and Regional Experience

EOTEC DevNet’s April 22/23 Regional Drought Meet-ups will feature a range of global and regional experiences and resources to support the use of EO for drought management.

Confirmed presenters include:

  • Nairobi-based Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development
  • Pakistan National Drought Monitoring & Early Warning Centre
  • Politecnico di Milano, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering
  • UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology on HydroSOS, the ROBIN project and C3S Water Service

These twice-yearly, region-specific sessions connect drought experts, training providers, and practitioners to exchange on how Earth observations (EO) are being used to support drought monitoring, preparedness, and response.
