We also reviewed our achievements: global flood tools use cases, regional analyses, in-progress drought matrix/tracker, and developing needs assessment guidance. Our outreach included 18 CoP videos, numerous events, and extensive social media activity, marking significant awareness and knowledge sharing. We also saw the growth of our community to nearly 1,000 people, with valuable collaborations on our new Member Platform, and at regular CoP and global meetings.

Post-meeting actions include fostering deeper involvement in EOTEC DevNet, contributing to tools trackers, and leveraging our online platform for enhanced collaboration. The meetings underscored the importance of sharing impact stories, diversifying resources, and leveraging UN mechanisms. The reflection on past events highlighted the value of in-person and remote training, advocating a strategic approach to capacity building.

Looking ahead to 2024, we plan to enhance our tools, continue our outreach and social media engagement, and expand our collaborations, including the drought working group and climate adaptation activities. Expect more exciting partnerships and activities, reinforcing our commitment to fostering collaboration on capacity building in Earth observation.
