The Task Teams for each Regional Community of Practice (CoP) are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming meetings, scheduled for September 20th and 21st. These meetings offer a platform for meaningful discussions and collaborations focused on capacity building in Earth observation within your region.

Each regional meeting will feature a spotlight presentation assessing Earth Observation (EO) capacity needs:
- Africa Region: “Assessing EO Capacity Needs in Africa: Case Studies” by Ruben Vargas (CADRI)
- Americas Region: “Assessing EO Capacity Needs in Amazonia and the Caribbean” by Natalia Uribe (SERVIR-Amazonia)
- Asia-Oceania Region: “Assessing EO Capacity Needs in Asia Oceania” by Poonam Tripathi (SERVIR-HKH, ICIMOD)
- Europe Region: “Assessing EO Capacity Needs in Europe – User Needs Assessment for Enhanced Disaster Risk Reduction” by Annalisa Donati (Eurisy)
