WMO HydroHub Capacity and Needs Assessment, South Sudan

This Capacity and Needs Assessment (CNA) for South Sudan evaluates institutional, human, and technical capacities, as well as gaps and needs, across National Meteorological and Hydrological Services and related organizations at national and regional levels. The assessment provides a Roadmap for improved hydromet services. It includes a foundation and outline for potential implementation plans to strengthen hydrological, meteorological, and climatological services.
