WMO HydroHub Capacity and Needs Assessment, Panama

This Capacity and Needs Assessment (CNA) for Panama evaluates institutional, human, and technical capacities, as well as gaps and needs, across National Meteorological and Hydrological Services and related organizations at national and regional levels. The assessment provides a Roadmap for improved hydromet services. It includes a foundation and outline for potential implementation plans to strengthen hydrological, meteorological, and climatological services.
