Virtual Round Table on Aeronautical Meteorological Competences – Second Session – English

This session will start at 13:00 UTC and it will be presented in English.
This is a follow up session, based on the first Virtual Round Table on Competence Requirements for Aeronautical Meteorological Personnel that was presented in March 2013.
This session will be presented in English and will start with a presentation of the competence requirements, just like the previous one. A discussion about competence assessment and methods of assessment will follow and it is intended to be the major feature of the session. Participants will be invited to share their experiences on how their organizations are addressing competence assessment in their countries.
The session will be coordinated by Kathy-Ann Caesar (CIMH) and Adanna Robertson-Quimby (CIMH) from VLab Barbados.
