Training of experts in assessing the competence of aeronautical meteorological personnel

The purpose of the course is to improve the qualifications of the AviaMet chiefs, leading specialists, weather forecasters, meteorologists, meteorological technicians, managers and other specialists engaged in competence certification and assessment in Roshydromet institutions.
The course will consider methods for assessing the competence of personnel, special attention will be paid to the study of the psychological climate in the competence assessment and the requirements for experts.
Classes are held by the leading specialists of Aviametelekom Roshydromet, other organizations, including invited WMO experts.
