Satellite Application for the Middle East region ESAC-ME-VIII

This course is sponsored by EUMETSAT and locally organized by the Centre of Excellence on Training on Satellite Meteorology administrated by Oman’s Directorate General of Meteorology and Air Navigation (DGMAN). The course venue will be at Sultan Qaboos University.
The objective of the training is to enhance the skills of meteorologists on applications and products of satellite data, and to update their knowledge of new developments of the EUMETSAT satellite programmes. Latest developments on satellite interpretation techniques, including case studies, and technical information will be provided to the participants.
