International Training Course on the Application of Meteorological Satellite Products

The course is aimed to enhance the trainees’ knowledge and skills in the application of meteorological satellite data and products in supporting weather analysis, weather forecasting, environmental monitoring and disaster risk management. In addition to reinforcing the basic theory and practice the participants will also learn the latest developments in the application of meteorological satellite data and products, especially the recently launched FY-4A satellite.
