From 24 to 28 October 2011 EUMETSAT in collaboration with the WMO Virtual Lab will organise a training week on the topics of Dust and Ash. This training week consists of several online sessions dealing with the detection and monitoring of dust and volcanic ash clouds with the use of geostationary and polar orbiting satellite data.
