Advanced Meteorological Technicians Course (AMTC) – 1 year

The course the learner with the knowledge, skills and competencies to work as an Advanced-level Meteorological Technician with prospects to work in weather /climate/environmental monitoring, forecasting, research, and training. The training provides the student with the skills and knowledge contained in the Basic Instruction Package for Meteorological Technicians (BIP-MT). It further equips the trainee with the requisite demonstrable competencies to work as a Meteorological Technician.
