This course is addressed to meteorologists or hydrologists from the Eastern European and Western Balkan countries. The candidate should optimally be the person who will then be tasked to manage and use the DAWBEE satellite reception station. He or she should kindly report on the intended applications of the DAWBEE station in the forecasting environment.
