Capacity Building for Weather Radar Operation

This training event aims to extend participant’s understanding in delivering weather services to the public and stakeholders. It will particularly consider the meteorological skills and knowledge about weather radar theories and hardware, weather radar data analysis and utilization with meteorological phenomenon. The course will be delivered in English, at the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) in Seoul. Participation will be by invitation only, and it will consider applicants from NMHSs in Nepal, Vietnam, Lao PDR, Mongolia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
