Capacity Building for Operational Weather Forecasters

This training event aims to extend participant’s understanding in delivering weather services to the public and stakeholders. It will particularly consider the meteorological skills needed to analyze observation data, numerical weather prediction products, and satellite & radar images. The course will be delivered in English, at the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) in Seoul. Participation will be by invitation only, and it will consider applicants from NMHSs in Vietnam, Lao PDR, Mongolia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
