International Training Course on Regional Climate Prediction and Drought Monitoring and Warning

Application to be submitted as soon as possible to reach the WMO RTC Beijing no later than 5 September 2012 with copy to WMO. Tuition is free for all the accepted participants that receive the endorsed Admission Notice by the WMO RTC Beijing China.Trainees are expected to arrive in Beijing on 16 September and depart on 28 September.The course is designed to help trainees to learn the knowledge of drought monitoring and warning and climate prediction, improve the climate adaptation and drought monitoring and forecasting ability in developing countries.
