Forecasters meet aviation users II

The Eumetcal Aviation Weather Course will take place in October-November 2012. This course will offer training in communication with aviation users and is a follow-up course of the last year?s introductory course, including both old and new material. The main goal of the course is both to improve the skills in communicating and understanding the needs of aviation users. It is addressed to support one of the five top competencies for aeronautical forecasters defined by WMO. The course is coordinated by the Finnish Meteorological Institute in collaboration with Eumetcal.
