This is a basic introductury course in Meteorology which deals with the behavior of different variables (radiation, temperature, wind, pressure, moisture) in the atmosphere and how they conduct the general circulation of the atmosphere. It also addresses climate variability and change, weather forecasting, satellites, and introduces areas such as agrometeorology, urban climate and pollution.
Este es un curso basico e introductorio a la Meteorologia. Se analiza el comportamiento de distintas variables (radiación, temperatura, humedad, presión y viento) en la atmósfera y su vinculación con la circulación general de la atmosfera. Tambien se introduce a temas como variabilidad y cambio climático, pronóstico del tiempo, satélites y areas de la meteorología como agrometeorología, contaminación y clima urbano.
